We are excited to provide the convenience of online registration to our community. Information on our programs and activities is now available 24/7.

Register for activities, view facilities, request facilities, view sports and renew memberships online. Below are detailed instructions to help you establish a customer account, Login ID. Please read all the information.

Call our office at 954-921-3404 for any additional information. You must accept responsibility for knowing the rules and regulations before you register online. Printing the instructions listed below may be helpful for future reference.

    Note: City of Hollywood Parks, Recreation and Cultural Arts Department takes extensive measures to ensure that the information presented online and in printed materials is accurate and up to date. However, due to a high volume of inquiries and the priority of certain special events, there may be factors affecting facility availability that are not apparent in our online reservation system.

    Online registration

    Step 1 Set up an online account with City of Hollywood Parks, Recreation & Cultural Art

    New online customers
    Before logging on and registering for activities, you must establish an online customer account.

    • Click on "My Account" at the top of the screen. This brings you to the "Customer Login" screen.
    • Click on "Request an account now" and complete the application.
      • Your account must be approved before you will be able to register for activities.
      • Approvals will be processed between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. each weekday.
      • You will receive account approval and an login ID via e-mail.
      • After you set up your account and receive your approval and ID number from us via e-mail, you must add any family members into your account before you begin the activity registration process.
    • Click on "My Account" and log in, if you haven't already.
    • Now click "Change Family Members."

    You will be able to register for activities any time, 24 hours a day using your Visa or MasterCard for payment. 

    Existing online account holders
    If you already have a customer account:

    • Click on "My Account" at the top of the screen. This will bring you to the "Customer Login" screen.
    • Log in by entering you login ID and password.

    Step 2 General instruction summary

    After you have set up your account and received your approval and login ID from us via e-mail, you must add any family members into your account before you begin the activity registration process.

    • Click on "My Account" and log in, if you haven't already.
    • Now click "Change Family Members."  
      • When shopping for activities, place each activity in your cart. Before you get to the payment screen you will be directed to specify which family member(s) is/are registering for each activity.
      • When adding family members to the account, it is very important to include the correct date of birth for each person. This helps the online registration software determine eligibility for age-restricted activities.

    Step 3 Browse activities

    • Click on "Register" too see list of activities.
    • Click on the underline activity name to get detailed activity descriptions.  
      • You may narrow your activity search by using any or all of the the four search boxes at the top of the screen: Location, Category, Sort By, and Select.

    Step 4 Select activities

    If you want to register for this activity:

    • Click on "Add to My Cart." Repeat until you have selected all the activities you want.

    Step 5 Pay for activities

    • Click on "Checkout" to go to the payment page.
    1. Assign family member names to the selected activities. Click "Continue."
    2. Confirm your activity names, dates, enrollee and fees. Click "Continue."
    3. Type in Visa or Master Card information. Click "Continue."
    4. After payment has been approved, print a receipt. Bring the receipt to class.
  • Payments and Refunds
    For questions regarding payments or refunds related to your reservation, call our community centers M-F noon-8pm, Friday 9-5pm.
    If you contact us outside of regular business hours, allow two business days to receive a reply.
  • Step 6 "My Account" is your account

    Click on the "My Account" tab and you will find: Family Schedule, Pay on Account, Deposits, Credits, Account Detail, Payments, Change Password, Change Address, and Change Family Members. These helpful information sections allow you to manage your schedule and update family information as needed.

    Refund Policy

    There is no refund via credit card. Requests for refunds are processed via the City of Hollywood's Accounts Payable Division. If you have any questions please contact Online Parks

    Privacy Policy

    EFFECTIVE JULY 1, 2006
    Under Florida law, e-mail addresses are public records. If you do not want your e-mail address released in response to a public-records request, do not send electronic mail to this entity. Instead, contact this office by phone or in writing.

    It is the policy of the State of Florida that all state records are open for public inspection. This policy is embodied in the Florida Constitution, together with the right of an individual to be free from unauthorized governmental intrusion into their private life, as provided in Article 1, Section 23. In recognition of these policies, the City has established this Privacy Policy. When you use our site, you are acknowledging that personal information you provide is subject to Florida’s Public Records Policy as stated in Chapter 119, Florida Statures, and Article 1, Section 24 of the state Constitution.

    You do not have to give us personal information to visit our Web Site, download our publications, use our e-mail communications, or any other feature.

    We do not collect personal information about you when you visit the City's websites unless you choose to provide this information to us. We will use the information that you voluntarily provide to us to notify you of selected content changes or new publications. We may also use it to conduct statistical analyses of user activities in order to measure user interest in the information we provide and how we provide it. However, we do collect and store some non-personal information automatically.
